How it works

A live auction, run by the organiser, with people bidding from wherever they are.

If you want to bid

1. Create your account

Name, WhatsApp and a password. One account works across every auction on the platform.

2. Browse the catalogue beforehand

Lots go on display before the event. Tap the heart on what interests you and we message you on WhatsApp when that lot goes live.

3. Bid on the day

One lot at a time, like a real saleroom. The screen shows the current bid and the time left. A bid in the closing seconds extends the clock, so nobody wins by sniping.

4. Settle with the organiser

If you win, the organiser’s contact appears in your account. Payment and delivery are arranged directly with them — the platform handles no money.

If you want to sell

1. Create the organisation account

Institution name, contact person, email and WhatsApp. Then upload your logo and pick your colours.

2. Build the catalogue

Add each lot with a photo, description, starting bid and increment. Set the running order. Publish, and the catalogue goes on display with a countdown.

3. Run it from your phone

On the day, open the sale and release one lot at a time. You decide when each closes. You can project the screen on a big display while running it from your phone.

4. Get paid directly

The platform shows who won what and for how much, with each person’s contact. Invoicing and delivery stay with you — as they always were.

Who does what

The platform provides the software. The organisation owns the lots, sets the rules, runs the sale, takes payment and delivers the goods. The transaction is between the organisation and the participant.
